Conversations! Just simply talking to an infant or any of child as they are an individual is extremely important. I find opportunities for the children to socialize, learn through play, I will create activities, and we will have a lot of story time.

My experience with special needs children...
I have not worked with children with special needs. My own children are on the spectrum and are ADHD but mildly so. I know how they can become overwhelmed and fixated. My best source of information on how to support any child is communicating with their parents and researching evidence based interventions and tips.
