Rachel
"Lorrie was an incredible nanny to our two kids- and was with them from the very beginning of their lives. She is a highly organized, highly professional person who loved our kids like they were her own. I knew I could count on Lorrie and because of her capabilities and proactive behavior, I could fully focus on work. Lorrie went above and beyond for us numerous times, and she never showed up late a day in her tenure with us (almost 7 years!) She is kind, patient, loving and creative with children of all ages. Lorrie helped me and my husband navigate so many stages of our children’s lives- from bottles to purées to food; sitting up to crawling to walking. She gave us gentle guidance as new parents that never sounded negative or judgmental. We are so grateful to have had her for such a long time- she left an indelible mark on our family."

"Lorrie was a fantastic nanny to my two children. My daughter was 1-2 years old and my son was a newborn while she was with my family. Despite the demands that come with having two children that small, Lorrie was always calm and patient. She was very reliable, always arrived on time. She was also flexible with working for date nights and accommodating schedule changes. Most important, though, was the love and care she showed my children. She always treated them with love and looked for activities to encourage creativity and learning for my daughter. Lorrie’s artistic background helps her create fun, age-appropriate art activities. She worked independently and also responded well to direction. She made meals for the children, handled bottles, nap time, and diaper changes. We have maintained a close relationship with Lorrie and my kids are always excited to see her."
