Nice to meet you! My name is Mack (He/They) I am looking forward to getting to know you. My focus is in gentle “parenting” and being collaborative in how a child is raised, not only with the parents, but also with the child. They deserve to feel loved, seen, and heard.
It’s really important to me to nurture a child’s sense of self, wonder, joy, compassion, emotion and to overall let them know that how they feel is valid, and how to appropriately manage those big feels in a developmentally, and age appropriate way.
I have a wide variety of knowledge on how to care for children of all abilities, and developmental stages. I have cared for children with a wide range of physical and mental/ emotional needs. I myself am neurodivergent, and enjoy knowing that kids with difference in their neurotype always know that they are valid.
