The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite moments was when I was helping a little one wind down for the night. We were coloring quietly, and out of nowhere they looked up and said, “This is my favorite part of today.” It was such a simple moment, but it meant a lot to know that just being patient and present made them feel calm and happy. Moments like that remind me how meaningful it is to be part of a child’s day, even for a short time.
