Indoors, I love cozy story time with voices and expression, building reading nooks and pillow fort libraries, phonics and rhyming games, creating our own storybooks, arts and crafts tied to the book of the day, puzzles, sensory play, and baking together while reading recipes.
Outdoors, I enjoy playground adventures, sidewalk chalk art and letter hunts, nature scavenger hunts, gardening and nature journals, bike rides, reading books at the park, and pet-friendly walks where we include family dogs. I love weaving literacy into everything we do so kids stay engaged, active, and excited to learn.
