Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I helped my mom care for infants as a teenager, I worked at Marriott childcare, FICC-the Arc of Montgomery County, Goddard, and lastly Kinderhaus centers, all as lead infant teacher and I have been a nanny for a few families. I have references available, if requested.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love talking to the babies through all things that I do with them...changing diapers, heating their lunch, stating what is obvious to us but a learning activity for them. Every moment is a learning opportunity for them. Of course singing, moving about, walking outside, going to the park...all are learning opportunities.

I worked at the Arc of Montgomery County, FICC years ago with babies with special needs with a nurse on hand in duration of the center being opened.

I love to see my babies get excited when they figure out something or do something on their own. I love to see how their brains work when you give them a task that they may think is difficult but giving them the support and encouragement allows them to see what they are capable of or at least try.
