Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I helped my mom care for infants as a teenager, I worked at Marriott childcare, FICC-the Arc of Montgomery County, Goddard, and lastly Kinderhaus centers, all as lead infant teacher.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love talking to the babies through many of things that I do with them...changing diapers, heating their lunch, stating what is obvious to us but a learning activity for them. Every moment is a learning opportunity for them. Of course singing, moving about, walking outside, going to the park...all are learning opportunities.

The safety and welfare of my babies. That you know what their needs are and wants but still be firm with them.
My experience with special needs children...
I worked at the Arc of Montgomery County, FICC years ago with babies with special needs but with a nurse on call the whole time.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I love to see my babies get excited when they figure out something or do something on their own. I love to see how their brains work when you give them a task that they may think is difficult but giving them the support and encouragement allows them to see what they are capable of or at least try.
