The most important part about being a nanny is the responsibility to steward my time spent with the kids. It's such a blessing to be able to pour into the younger generation and I consider it an honor. I always want to be available to encourage and aid parents on their journey navigating parenthood. I like to think being a nanny is apart of the village it takes to raise a child. I feel privileged for the part I get to play in watching them grow up and learn new things.

I had an overnight job once where I had three little boys. 2 of them were having a hard time sleeping and they ended up sleeping on the couch with me. While I got no sleep, it was the most tender hours I had getting to take care of them
