Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
i worked with young girls and teens with adverse experiences as well as a few other girls with learning disabilities, however, i was also still under age, so my ways of helping and caring were limited by those higher up. i was a good shoulder for them all, as well as voice of reason. i also had helped carry a few teen girls to a nurse after a faint, so i'm all for carrying, both a kid on my shoulder and shopping bags
I've yet to have any experience with babies but i am eager for the chance to learn. i have taken care of homes now as an adult and pet stat, I've also been a caregiver to sickly adults. just aiming to diversify and keep leaning into the care role, either as a nanny or mommy helper.
the only downside to hiring me that i can see, i don't have a car or drivers license for Iowa state yet. but you wont find any other nanny more eager to help and learn

I've worked with kids who've had learning difficulties and mental health issues, spent my entire late teens and early young adult life surrounded by them. I have also done some work with non verbal children but not long term enough to feel I really did enough
