During high school, I would occasionally babysit and would work every Sunday for a small group watching kids ranging from 1 yrs - 8yrs. In college, I worked for two summers at a summer camp in Pleasantville, TN. My first summer I was a counselor and would be partnered up with a co for the week. We would organized a schedule for the kids to partake in during the week as well as all camp games, and lead devotions morning and night. My second year, I had the privilege of working as counselor coordinator allowing me to work more with full time staff and supporting the summer counselors.
