I was a nanny for 5 kids while I was at college, I was a tutor for elementary children when I was in high school, my mom is a kindergarten teacher so I have helped out in her classroom a lot, I also have younger siblings and cousins that I watched all time time growing up! :)
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love reading with kids! When I was a nanny previously, we often went to the library or just read at home! We loved going to the park to play, playing board or card games at home, coloring/painting together etc. The family I nannied for didn't allow them to use technology, so we got creative and found things to do to without technology!
The most important part about being a nanny...
I think the most important thing is helping the kids feel loved and helping them learn something everyday! I fully understand that kids are very malleable, and being their nanny is a big responsibility. While your kids are away from you, I will do all that I can to help them feel loved and validated and be a good example! I want to know how you parent them so do my best to follow your wishes on how to interact with and help your children grow and become the best versions of themselves!
