I have had a multitude of experience with other special needs children. As a person of special needs myself, I have worked with other children via camps and other socialization facilities as well. I’m willing to learn/work with your child’s needs and help in any way I can!
The most important part about being a nanny...
I had a special moment with another child who was hearing impaired at a camp who was struggling with making friends. At the time I had learned a bit of sign language from a club I participated in during middle school and thought I could use them to communicate with this child. I’m so happy I did because after that day 2 people gained a friend!
