In my opinion I think the most important part about being a baby is making sure the children are safe, happy, and having fun, but also building a relationship with each child you nanny, because no every kid is the same and one thing might work for one child you nanny and not the other. I think it’s very important to get to know each child a a personal level especially in the beginning of meeting to grow that closer bond.
