The most important thing to me is making sure the children are your number 1 priority!! The well being of the kids is what I keep in mind!! You should have fun while being safe and obeying the parents! I think as a nanny it is your job to spend time with the kids all while having fun!!
My experience with special needs children...
I have helped out in a classroom setting with children who have special needs! I am a very patient person so I enjoy spending time with them and helping them grow and develop! From this experience I have learned that they do need extra care and attention and I can provide that for you!
The most important part about being a nanny...
I took the kids to the splash pad and they convinced me to play in the splash pad with them and it was super sweet and so much fun!!
Another time that I loved is when Me and the kids went on a bike ride up to the ice cream shop and ate ice cream and hung out and then rode our bikes to the park!!
