Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love spending time outdoors with children—whether it’s going on walks, playing at the park, or exploring nature together. I enjoy creating fun, age-appropriate activities that support each child’s development and interests, from sensory play and crafts to movement games and story time. Most of all, I value building strong, trusting relationships with the children I care for. I aim to make them feel safe, loved, and excited to learn and grow each day.
The most important part about being a nanny...
To me, the most important part of being a nanny is building a genuine, trusting relationship with the children and their family. I believe that when a child feels safe, supported, and truly seen, they thrive—and that begins with connection. My goal is always to create a consistent, loving environment where children feel empowered to grow emotionally, socially, and intellectually. I take pride in being someone children can count on and parents can trust, blending fun, structure, and developmental support into every day. Whether it’s through a predictable routine, meaningful play, or teaching moments, I’m committed to being a positive, steady presence in a child’s life.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I’ve been lucky enough to build such strong relationships with not only the children I care for, but their families as well. One family even continues to fly me out to visit after relocating, which speaks to the deep bond we formed. The connections I build always go beyond the job itself—caring for a child means becoming part of the family, and that’s a role I truly cherish.

I have been a stay at home mom for 12 years. My boys are growing up and I miss being with little ones. We used a lot of Montessori methods at home, limited screens, and lots of adventures. The ideal position would be while my boys are at school, 9-3 but could be flexible. Look forward to chatting more. :)

I would babysit for my family and relatives when I was growing up which helped me transition into being a nanny for a family in San Antonio while I was in college. After college I became a teacher and have worked closely with students for over 10 years. I've taught kindergarten, 4th, 5th, 8th, 9th, 10th, and 12th grade from ESL, English and Math. I am currently in grad school for Marriage and Family Counseling. :)
