What matters most to me about being a nanny is providing a safe and inspiring environment for the kids to grow and learn from. I love seeing a kid's imagination come to life and allowing them to create and have fun. I think it is so important for kids to explore new things. I think it's also important to understand the influence we have on kids and how we can use that for growth and inspiration.
