A little bit about me

I believe that children are gifts from the Lord God and our most treasures, precious possessions. They are to be cherished and nurtured at all times and raised up in the Light of Christ that comes from our hearts, our discipleship as they grow. My passion is nurturing young children using a loving and holistic child-lead approach to their developmental learning. I enjoy implementing music and singing into learning, along with outdoor storytelling play, or creative free play, etc… any thing that moves away from technology and further towards allowing the child to be a child - I support it! I have nannied mostly elementary and younger aged children. I enjoy children, they are the joys of this crazy world. It is a privilege everytime I get to serve families by providing an alternative to our standard of childcare by being a nanny to their sweet little ones.

Being kind, patient, respectful, and loving at all times no matter how frustrated things can get. Always remembering that children were made in the image of God and there is grace for every moment.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I was a nanny for 3 girls between the ages of 6-10 and we had a pool day at their house. We created the most fantastic storyline about a mermaid rescue and they were so into it. I just loved hearing how they wove themselves and other imaginary characters into the story. My sisters and I grew up playing pretend and dress-up all day/every day so it’s my favorite.
