More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
In addition to babysitting for nearly a decade, I’ve worked with children in various settings, from caring for multiple siblings at once to supporting kids with different needs. As early as my high school years, I volunteered at an elementary school after care program. I have experience with children ranging from 11 months to 12 years old and have cared for up to five children at a time.
Beyond traditional childcare, my experience extends to working with children with behavioral challenges, special needs, and those on the autism spectrum. I take an individualized approach, understanding that every child is unique and requires patience, kindness, and flexibility. It is essential to nurture the fact that each child is unique from the next and may not have the same perspective or view of the world beyond them. The way we approach them and their specific needs is essential for their growth and aids us in providing the individualized care they may need to thrive.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love creating activities that engage kids beyond screens! Whether it’s arts and crafts, outdoor play, baking, holding friendly competitions, talent shows, reading stories, hosting dance parties or simply fostering their curiosity about the world, I always strive to make learning fun.
I am also happy to assist with homework, school projects, and extracurricular activities, ensuring that children stay on top of their education while enjoying hands-on learning experiences beyond the classroom.

The most important part about being a nanny...
For me, the most important part of being a nanny is ensuring both the children and parents feel safe, supported, and at ease. I aim to be more than just a babysitter—I want to be someone your child feels comfortable with, learns from, and looks forward to spending time with. At the same time, I want parents to feel completely at peace, knowing their children are in loving and capable hands.
I also believe in helping the entire family, whether that means keeping the house tidy, assisting with schoolwork, or simply easing the load in any way I can.
While I am not currently CPR or First Aid certified, I am more than willing to complete both certifications upon request.
If you’re looking for a responsible, compassionate, and experienced nanny who truly values your child’s well-being, I’d love to connect with you!

My experience with special needs children...
I have had the privilege of working with children who have a variety of unique needs, including behavioral challenges, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and learning disabilities. My patience, understanding, personal connection, and background in psychology help me approach each child with compassion, providing them with the support and gentle structure.
I recognize that every child communicates and experiences the world differently, so I take the time to build trust and connection, ensuring they feel safe, heard, and valued.

The most important part about being a nanny...
I have done this for a very long time and have had the amazing opportunity to experience some of the world’s greatest kids. I couldn’t possibly pick a favorite moment in time but one of the most rewarding feelings for me is seeing the children I have cared for be excited to tell their parents about the time they spent with me. I find so much comfort and joy in families returning to their home with a sense o peace and happiness filling the space. I love returning to these homes and being greeted with excitement for what the day ahead of us holds. To me there is truly no better feeling or moment than seeing the children and their families happy and at ease.
