More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have been working with children for a few years. First, I started just working in the children center for my church, and then I started babysitting with my sister. Soon after, I started babysitting on my own and have been doing it ever since. I have been to Haiti 3 different times and have had to work with them too. In Haiti, I had to work or watch anywhere from 5 to 10 children at a time, so that was a very great learning experience. I worked as an infant teacher at a daycare and absolutely loved it!
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy doing lots of crafts. I have always been a very artsy person. I also like to play lots of sports. I grew up playing basketball, softball, and volleyball, and only recently quit them.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I think the most important thing is being very attentive. You need to have someone there that your children can rely on and be comfortable around while you are away. I also think that it is important to have someone kind and that you connect to.
