The most important part about being a nanny...
For me
1. As a nanny, ensuring the safety and well-being of children is my top priority. I create a secure and nurturing environment where children feel safe, cared for, and supported.
2. I believe in fostering a love for learning and creativity through engaging activities. From reading and educational games to arts and crafts, I strive to make each day fun and enriching for the children.
3. Building a trusting relationship with both the children and their parents is essential. I maintain open and honest communication, ensuring that parents are always informed and involved in their children's daily experiences and progress.

My experience with special needs children...
Unfortunately I do not have any experience with children that require special needs.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite nannying moments was when the children (now 10 and 6) I had been babysitting for years were finally old enough to talk. Hearing them call me "Ms. Madison" for the first time filled me with joy and pride. Their little voices, full of excitement and affection, made all the effort worthwhile. One particular evening, I arrived to watch them, and they greeted me at the door, jumping up and down with joy, shouting, "Ms. Madison is here!" Their enthusiasm was contagious, and it was heartwarming to see how much they looked forward to our time together. Moments like these reinforce my love for childcare, as I get to witness firsthand the positive impact I have on their lives and the genuine connections we build over time.
