The most important part about being a nanny...

Helping not only the kids but the parents. It’s stressful sometimes to have to handle a full time job with also young ones around. I wanna be able to lift some stress off y’all’s shoulders. Another important part is having good communication throughout and trust with everything in the household.

My experience with special needs children...

Was in a club back at my old school called circle of friends where we would have dances and field trips with the special needs kids. I also was a helper for the sweetest girl named Avery in 6th grade who has Down’s syndrome and we are still in touch till this day!

The most important part about being a nanny...

We all know how kids have no filter what so ever and sometimes it can be good or can be bad but this one was the best. I had been working at Saint John’s and had decided to get my hair cut and colored but had completely forgotten to warn the kids about this so to the kids it was a complete shock, but once I walked everyone of course just freaked but one thing that stood out to me till this day is one boy came up to me and just said “i absolutely love your hair Madi” and gave me the biggest hug, My heart exploded and just made my day:))
