I want parents to feel confident leaving their child with me, knowing I'll pay attention to their routines, needs, and emotions. Whether that means comforting them when they're upset, keeping them engaged in age-appropriate activities, or just celebrating milestones, I want to be someone both the child and parents can trust and depend on.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite nanny moments was watching a baby I cared for take their first steps. We had been practicing standing and walking while holding hands, so seeing them finally take a few steps on their own was such an exciting moment. Being able to celebrate milestones like that is one of the reasons I love working with children.
