I only put 2 previous jobs because I’ve honestly watched kids my whole life. Even growing up, I’d watch the younger neighborhood kids. I have tons of first hand experience with preemies toddlers as well as older kids. I practically lived with my best friend when she had her daughters (preemie until 3yrs old, and a 6 mnth old until 1 1/2) and would always be there helping out.
