the most important part about being a nanny is making sure children are always safe, cared for, and supported in a positive environment. i believe a nanny should be patient, dependable, attentive, and someone parents can trust completely with their children. building a strong bond with the kids while also helping them learn, grow, and feel comfortable is something i value deeply.
