I also have done plenty of babysitting over the years for families in my community.

I think that the most important part about being a nanny is helping kids feel loved and cared for, while staying in a safe and secure environment. I want to have fun with the kids that I nanny for, teach them new things, help them develop talents, etc. But I also want to first and foremost ensure their continual safety.
