The most important part about being a nanny...
I think there are way too many to just pick one, but I think I look for the fun and the heartwarming learning moments, moments where they’re so excited they’re jumping out of their skin. Also, the moments when you’ve been working with them on either potty training, or reading or writing, and they finally get it on their own.
