Hi! My name is Maggie, I am 16 years old and I have been working with kids my whole life. I teach martial arts and have been doing so for 4 years, for kids of all ages. I specialize in special needs children such as autism, defiance disorders, ect. I am also a babysitter and take care of 2 girls daily. Along with that I have experience as a camp counselor. I know I'm a little young, but I have been working in childcare every day for years now, and I think my age helps me connect with the kiddos!! My experience with special needs children...

I work with children with autism, as well as defiance disorders, anxiety, adhd, and many more. I understand how important it is for these children to be in control of what's happening in their lives so i try to allow them to choose what they would like to do in a safe and controlled environment. I also am aware of how important it is to stay extremely calm and level headed with all children but especially neurodivergent children.
