The most important part about being a nanny is creating a safe, loving, and trustworthy environment where children feel happy, supported, and cared for. I believe it's important to build a strong bond with both the children and their parents through patience, communication, and reliability. Knowing that parents can trust me with their children and helping them grow, learn, and feel secure is what makes being a nanny so rewarding.

I have experience caring for children with special needs through both my personal life and previous work. My nephew has special needs, so I have learned the importance of being patient, understanding, and adapting to each child's individual needs. I also worked in a before and after school care program where I helped care for several children with special needs. I supported them during activities, encouraged their participation, and made sure they felt included, safe, and comfortable. These experiences have taught me how to be flexible, compassionate, and attentive while providing the care and support each child deserves.

My favorite nanny moment is seeing the children I care for grow more confident and excited to learn new things. I love when they smile after accomplishing something on their own, whether it's learning a new skill, finishing a craft, or simply having fun together.
