Being able to see that the parents aren't carrying all that's stress. I have seen so many parents look stressed or overworked. Sometimes just knowing your kids are in good hands is enough to ease parents mind.

I have worked with kids with mental disabilities for 4 years. I have worked with children with ADHD and ADD. I have also worked kids with a diverse set of needs and I do my best to provide exactly what they need.

It's one of those moments that happens often, but when they're jumping over the moon to see you and you can feel the happiness in the atmosphere. Also, when they make even a little progress with something that might have been a struggle before, it's amazing.
