A little bit about me

Hi, my name is Makaile Bishop and I am a recent graduate of UT at Austin. I graduated in 2021 with a degree in theatre, so I love acting, performing, and watching performances. I've been a counselor for special needs in the summer, where I've had to take care of those in wheelchairs for extended periods of time, I watched their food intake and fed them when needed, I helped them take care of their hygiene routine (showers, bathroom, teeth brushing, etc.) and I kept them engaged throughout the day doing different activities. The people I've taken care of range from about 14 all the way to someone 30 years old with cerebral palsy. Along with confidence in my responsible caretaking ability, I can be a very fun caretaker! I enjoy cartoons, drawing, and most of the things you'd expect a child to enjoy. So, it shouldn't be a problem to keep children entertained.
