It all depends on how old the kids are that im babysitting. For an example if the kid is old enough to run and play outside id love to take them outside and play around with basketballs or whatever. Or take them for walks.

I think what matters the most is making sure the kids know you care for them and that you will help them with whatever. Also making sure the parents life is a little bit easier with having u there doing house work for example laundry and dishes.
