More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I know it may not seem like much, but growing up I had to basically play mom for 7 years to my little sister. It made me grow up early but also helped me as I got alder mentally whenever it came to maturity. I can say that after having to get up and get my sister ready for school, have my homework and gets done at a reasonable time, making sure we had food, clothes on our backs and shoes on our feet, that I’m very capable of watching god’s creation, that being someone’s child. I don’t think I’m ready for it, I know that I am, all I need is faith an a chance to prove it.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I believe kids should be creative and exploring life and taking advantage of the pure and innocent stage that their in. That being said I love to paint and do arts and crafts and be energetic and outside with beautiful weather. There’s even times we can switch up and kick back in the house, snuggle up and watch a movie. I basically feel the need to do my best to provide the way I wish I was provided for growing up. At the end of the day, kids ate only kids once and they should be able to enjoy life before it gets hard.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The care you give. At the the end of the day a child picks up on energy, whether it be good or bad. It’s all about how you treat someone else’s child in the long run that affects everything.

My experience with special needs children...

I am a teacher assistant at my school and during my free period I am required to nurture, teach and guide special needs kids throughout that time.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most memorable moment I had was when it was time for me to leave. The baby girl clinger onto my leg and begged for me to stay, it truly warmed my heart.
