I believe the most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe, nurturing, and consistent environment where children feel comfortable, supported, and cared for. Building trust with both the child and the family, communicating openly, and being attentive to each child's individual needs are essential to helping children feel secure and confident.

While I do not yet have direct experience working with children with special needs, I am very open, patient, and eager to learn. I understand the importance of following individualized routines, clear communication, and working closely with parents and caregivers. I am committed to providing a supportive, respectful, and safe environment and am always willing to receive guidance or training to meet a child's specific needs.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite nanny moments was while babysitting my nephew when he was missing his mom and feeling very upset. To help calm him down, I gave him Bluey temporary tattoos, which helped distract and comfort him. Even while he was crying, he excitedly told him all about Bluey in his little voice, and it was such a sweet reminder of how small moments of patience, creativity, and comfort can make a big difference for a child.
