More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I worked as a daycare teacher for 2 years, where I created fun and engaging curriculum, games, and activities for children of different ages and needs. I also prepared snacks and meals, helped maintain a clean and sanitized environment, and focused on creating a safe, positive space where children could learn, play, and thrive.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love getting creative with kids through arts and crafts, baking, hands-on activities, and imaginative play. I also enjoy outdoor adventures, whether that’s a walk to the park, backyard games, nature exploring, or simply getting outside for fresh air and fun. I always strive to create a warm, upbeat environment where children feel safe, comfortable, and free to be themselves while making happy memories along the way.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny is building trust with both children and parents while making children feel safe, understood, and excited about their day.
My experience with special needs children...
I have extensive experience working with children with special needs and understand that every child communicates, learns, and experiences the world differently. I’ve supported children who are nonverbal, highly energetic, extremely shy, as well as children who struggle with emotional regulation or challenging behaviors. Through patience, consistency, and compassion, I focus on building trust and creating an environment where children feel safe, understood, and supported.
My experience has taught me how to stay calm under pressure, adapt to individual needs, and celebrate every child’s unique strengths. I believe in meeting children where they are, encouraging their growth at their own pace, and creating positive, engaging experiences that help them feel confident and successful.

The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite moments with my nanny family was creating “camp day” in the living room during a rainy week. We built blanket forts, made paper camp badges, read stories with flashlights, and had indoor picnic snacks. The kids enjoyed it a lot and it was a fun way to stay engaged and entertained during the bad weather.

Hello! My name is Alea, I am 18 years old. I am the eldest daughter and sibling of my moms side of the family and the 2nd oldest on my biological dads side.
I love baking, arts and crafts, listening to music and etc. I love kids and playing with them (I have 6 siblings so its no surprise).
I am a dedicated, hardworking, passionate, caring, respectful and determined person. I am able to adapt to any environment and I always strive to work my hardest.
I’ve worked at a daycare off and on for a couple of years as well as a teen mentor, both of which were summer jobs. I’ve also had an internship at my nearby elementary school for a month. But under that, I have years of experience with kids all ages (I was my families go to babysitter).
I look forward to meeting you and your little one(s)!!
