My name is Makenna and I just graduated from appleton west high school and I have had a daycare job at faith lutheran church for over 2 years now, so i have experience working in children’s environments along with having a younger sibling. I also have experience working in a restaurant along with cleaning job which I currently have both. But I am a competitive gymnast for the YMCA of kimberly so that means my practice starts at about 4:30 on Monday/ Tuesday, and 1-3:30 on Thursdays. so thats about it. And I will be attending college in the fall/ winter of 2021.

I love going swimming, going to parks, and bike riding. Basically anything outdoors. I love cooking and I do love learning and reading and love reading to children.

I think what matters is developing a good relationship with the child/ children along with keeping them busy with outdoor activities, and teaching them skills like cooking, reading, arts, anything of the sort. I loved being kept busy when I was a child so that’s exactly what I would provide.
