Hi! My name is Makenzy and I’m a reliable and energetic caregiver with years of experience caring for children and the elderly. I graduated from Winston-Salem State University in 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in Health Science and a concentration in Youth Development. I’ve been babysitting for most of my life and currently work as a second-grade teacher and assistant basketball coach. I’m passionate about helping children grow and feel supported. I can assist with homework, tutoring, light cleaning, and also elderly care. I’m available for occasional babysitting or can be added to a consistent schedule. My availability is Monday through Sunday, during the week I am available after 3:00 p.m. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I’d love to be a dependable helping hand for your family

I am currently a 2nd grade teacher and I also coach middle school basketball. I have care for children from ages infant-13. I’ve also worked in the nursery/daycare for a UWC in Burlington.

I’m a very active person I’ve played basketball my whole life. When it comes to interacting with kids I love arts and crafts, outdoor activities, reading, working on math skills, swimming, and baking!
