In my last job, I worked at a pottery studio and we would go to schools and have them paint pottery. I loved seeing their faces light up when they were painting!! I loved that each kid had her personality and painted the pottery how they wanted to!
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Love doing crafts, doing outdoor activities, having a movie day, and taking them to the zoo for something like that. I also like teaching them how to cook for example showing them how to make a bowl of cereal or a PB&J sandwich. I feel like showing them how to make stuff for themselves gives them confidence in there self and shows them that they can be independent when they need to be.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny for me is making sure they have an amazing childhood with me. I want to make sure every kid I nanny for will always remember the fun times and the memories we created together. I also hope to become a part of a family where I and the parents can do our best to help the kids through their life journey.
My experience with special needs children...
Unfortunately, I don't have any experience with special needs kids but I would love to have experience one day.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment is when I was able to see the kid I was watching take his first steps. I was so excited because his parents were having a hard time getting him to walk. So seeing that made me so happy and made the parents so happy.
