One of my most relevant experiences was babysitting my young neighbor. I was responsible for keeping them safe, engaged, and on a routine, which included preparing snacks, helping with small tasks, and planning activities to keep them entertained.

I love creating fun, engaging days for kids while also making sure they feel safe and understood. I enjoy getting them out into the community like parks or activities as well as doing hands-on things like crafts, games, and baking.
I also value structure and routine, especially for kids who need that consistency, and I always try to balance fun with a calm, predictable environment. Most importantly, I focus on building trust, being patient, and making sure each child feels supported and happy.

The most important part about being a nanny, to me, is building a genuine, trusting relationship with the children. When kids feel safe, understood, and supported, everything else learning, behavior, and having fun comes more naturally. I believe in showing up with patience, consistency, and kindness every day, while creating a balance of structure and fun. It’s not just about caring for them, but really being present, engaged, and someone they can rely on.
