One of my favorite nanny moments was when a child I was caring for, who had been shy and hesitant to try new things, finally decided to ride a bike without training wheels for the first time. I had been supporting them through each step, offering encouragement and gentle guidance. When they finally took off on their own, the look of pure joy and accomplishment on their face was unforgettable. It was such a proud moment for both of us, and it reminded me why I love being a nanny seeing the growth, confidence, and happiness in children as they reach milestones, big and small!
