The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part to me is just loving kids because they are so optimistic and caring and innocent that I think the world needs to see children as the most important thing to our society. I think it’s important to teach them life skills and introduce them to many new things because their at the most vital stages of development and it will help them learn who they are and who they will become.
My experience with special needs children...
I started a job in November of 2022 through August of 2023 where I was a respite worker for a 16 year old special needs boy. I would spend time with him multiple times a week at his house where we would play games, play basketball, and play video games. This was to give the mom time of rest to work or do other activities without having to care for her son. It was a awesome job and the kid was so nice and caring to me.
