I would help out my foster mom with her kids after she had her baby, I would make dinner and occasionally bathe them... interact with them. Help with homework ect.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I would always take my little cousins to the park. Walking to the park or if they wanted to be out In the front I'd play soccer or tag or whatever they were interested in...also if it is a hot day or something and they are being fussy I'd allow them to go outside and play in water and have fun. Only if behaved !

I did have a taken care of a child with a disability but she hadn't been evaluated yet because she was young but her mother did do drugs whilst pregnant so she had trouble listening or comprehending most important part is to have patience and be able to show them or point and go over things multiple times so they understand.
