"Maria is an incredibly loving, thoughtful caregiver. Her years of experience make her an ideal nanny. She has so many tips and tricks up her sleeve for all of the early developmental stages and changes. And she is incredibly generous with her heart. We did a nanny share 4 days per week, and because both families had parents working at home, we asked that it primarily be outdoors in parks. Maria was flexible and made it work, and gave our kids a great experience. We bought a double stroller and she headed off every day to different adventures. As the babies became toddlers, she helped them learn to scooter to parks all over Albany and Berkeley. We loved that the kids were enjoying the fresh air, diaper changes looking up at trees, snack time al fresco. This was all possible, also, because of Maria’s excellent communication skills and professionalism.
