A little bit about me

I grew up in the Philippines and have one child who is now 21 years old. I previously worked in a military child care program as a Teacher Assistant and resigned last month due to relocating to Ohio.
In my role, I cared for five one-year-old childrens in my classroom. I created weekly lesson plans and implemented curriculum-based activities that support children’s communication, cognitive, self-regulation, physical, and social-emotional development.
I hold certifications in CPR and First Aid, and I have completed Virtual Lab School training required for military child care providers. I earned my Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential for Infant and Toddler on March 16, 2026.
I truly enjoy working with young children—teaching, guiding, and supporting them as they grow, develop good manners, and learn positive behavior. I am passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment, and I value diversity in all aspects of early childhood education.

To sing and dance, doing arts and talking open ended questions, i let the child express their emotion when they have a hard time and support them with care. I also love to introduce or to practice with childrens how to use their Fine motor skills from the small movements using their hands, fingers and wrists and gross motor skills to involve large muscle movements using their arms, legs and their whole body.
