A little bit about me

I’ve been taking care of kids since I was 8 - for my aunt and cousin. Currently I have experience with infants through teen (I have 4 younger siblings). I have no certification with children or pets. If you need to talk to a child about a sensitive I will gladly take your spot and tell the child the information. I am young- having an family currently is a big no- so taking care children will help me gain experience because no two children are the same they all have their own needs. Currently I used to be a preschool teacher but in the afternoons I spend a lot of my times with toddlers and infants.

I have some experience dealing with kids on the spectrum as a few of my students had learning disabilities. It may take a while but with a bit of focus and time they get where they need to be.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I had a little boy who moved up to prek before he turned 3. Since I use to spend a lot of time with him when he was a toddler he loved to orbit around me. His parents used to pic him up late and during our alone times I would teach him songs in Spanish. He got the melody down and would say every other world properly and it melts my heart. His mom will text me he absentmindedly will sing it while he is busy.
