Working in a Montessori classroom has been one of the most knowledgeable experiences for my childcare experience. I absolutely fell in love with the Montessori philosophy & implement these teachings in my childcare.
As for privatized childcare, I have been a nanny/sitter for over 10 years. I continue to work with some of my families on an as-need basis. Finding the right family that values communication & relation is hugely important to me. A nanny should act as an extension of your family!
