Hi, I'm Maria. I am a dedicated nanny/babysitter with 10years of experience working with children of all ages. I love creating a fun and supportive environment where kids can learn and thrive both in education but also in the Lord. I'm particularly skilled in ages 6 weeks to 8 years old and have experience in overnight nannying.
I have 2 dogs of my own named Butch and Elvis! They are very loving and are my best friends. So, if you have dogs of your own know that I am 100% okay with loving on them as well.
Outside of nannying/babysitting I am a photographer/content creator for up and coming artist in the music scene.

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I often nanny/babysit one of my old infant room student from a previous school. I often times watch him over 3 or 4 days while his parents are out of town and take time to and from his daycare.
I have experience with morning and night routines and house keeping routines during the day time.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love playing outside on a sunny day playing any fun games they want to play or a classic game like 'duck duck goose' when we have enough kids to play the game.

When it's gloomy outside, I enjoy doing fun art projects with the kiddos creating unique art. Sometimes we even venture into doing fun science experiments or other learning games/activities like puzzles or building blocks.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Partnering with the parents to make sure we are on the same page all of the time to create a fun but stable environment for the kids.

My experience with special needs children...

I don not have much experience with special needs children. I know how to care for children with learning or behavioral curves.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my most memorable moments as a nanny is when one of the kids made me a get well card and got me flowers what I was sick. And another one is always the sweetest when they run for you out of excitement when they get to share with you what they learned at school. I love seeing the joy in their eyes as they retell a story or their day.
