A little bit about me

Hi!! My name is Mariah Baddley! I'm 21 years old and originally from Northern California. I'm currently in esthetician school and looking to part-time nanny for a cute family in Utah County! I'm the oldest of four and I'm very close with my family! I've babysat and nannied (along with other work experience) my whole life till I moved for college! I have always loved kids so much, whether it's taking them to their baseball games or dance or even just being able to do crafts and play games at home, kids just have always had a special place in my heart! I've babysat from ages as young as an infant to 13-year-olds who need rides to practice. If you have any other questions about me or want to meet to get to know eachother more, just let me know!!

I’ve nannied previous families!

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Arts/Crafts, the park, water parks (I was on swim team since I was 10 and up to my junior year), going to kids practices and games, baking, dancing around, passing the ball, etc.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Having patience and listening to children before reacting. As much as it’s so fun to play, sing, dace, and run around, there are times where it’s important to be there for the harder parts and to help understand them and most of all be kind!

My experience with special needs children...

I’ve never nannied kids with special needs, but we have very close family and friends who have kids with Down syndrome, Autism, Proder-Willis, and more, so I do have some experience watching them.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I used to nanny these two boys and one played baseball and I got to experience the younger one discovering the fun environment and ballpark food for the first time! It’s so fun watching these kids grow and discover different things they love!!!
