For me, the most important part about being a nanny is knowing that parents can have peace of mind and know that they are leaving their bundles of joy with the right person. If it’s date-night, work, or even just needing a vacation - they shouldn’t have to worry about if their nanny amongst everything else in their busy lives. My job as a nanny is to not only just “watch” the children, but give them an experience that makes them look forward to having a nanny and the parents some peace of mind.
