I have worked at a daycare in the past and have also volunteered at one in the summer before. I was also a nanny for a long time for a 1 year old that is now 4 with a baby brother. I have always been around children and have helped raise my baby brothers since I was much older when they were born. I am very good with animals and have many of my own.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy doing crafts, drawing paining etc and baking/making food for inside activities. For outdoor activities, I love exploring and making up fun adventures plus going to parks.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Being able to teach and watch children learn. You really get to connect and learn each kid and how they are different and what things you can change about yourself. Children can really change you in ways you would have never thought.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My most memorable nanny moment was when I took my sweet two year old to the park on a rainy week and there was finally had a day with some sunshine. we got our rain boots on and went to the park and splashed around in puddles. She was just so happy and smiling as big as she could.
