A little bit about me

I first started caring for children when I was a teenager. It started when one of my siblings had her first child, I felt such a bond that I became his caretaker. Later on in life, I had my own family of four beautiful children and they brought so much joy to me, taking care of children became somewhat of a career for me.
Working with children at a Montessori school in a classroom setting of 18 including infants and toddlers has been a wonderful experience. I also worked as a substitute teacher in a daycare,
did some babysitting for church members, and currently providing private child care as a Nanny.
I love children very much and I enjoy caring for them especially nurturing them. I like to engage them in educational and playtime activities, especially reading, and singing children's songs with them which they enjoy very much. I am great with children and have received many commendations from coworkers, parents, friends, and my Pastor's wife who suggested that I work with children because she saw how I related to them. I always bring big smiles to their little faces because I believe in children being happy.
