I worked for the Boys and Girls Club for 2 school years as both a youth developmental professional and Site Manager. In these roles my co-workers and I would transport the kids from school to club, engage in circle time and set expectations for the day, provide snack, facilitated art projects and games, and worked one on one with club members with emotional regulation and behavior proccessing.
I have also had a couple babysitting jobs here and there throughout my life, and grew up with 3 younger siblings where I was often in a caretaking role.
